• the availability or accuracy of external content
• the legality of third-party websites

5. User Content & Responsibility

By submitting or sharing any content (including links), you represent and warrant that:

• you are the original creator, or
• you have the legal right to share the content, or
• you clearly identify and attribute the rightful copyright owner

If you are not the original creator, you must provide accurate attribution and must not misrepresent ownership of the content.

6. Link Integrity

All submitted links must:

• accurately point to the described audio content
• not be misleading, deceptive, or redirect to unrelated content
• not contain malware, spam, or harmful material

7. Adult Content Policy

Glissin is intended for 18+ audiences only. All content shared on the Platform must adhere to the following rules:

• All content must involve consenting adults only
• Content involving minors is strictly and unconditionally prohibited
• Content depicting or promoting non-consensual acts, coercion, or illegal activities is prohibited

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules without notice.

8. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload or share content that:

• violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• contains malware, spam, or harmful links
• involves minors or illegal activities
• promotes violence or non-consensual acts

We will investigate the claim, remove infringing content where appropriate, and take action against repeat infringers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glissin shall not be liable for user-generated content, third-party links or websites, or any damages resulting from use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your use of the Platform is harmful to others or to the integrity of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
